I am AMBRE.
My name is CLAUDIA NATTERO,
an Italian artist and founder of Ambre Studio.
My story begins in a small Ligurian village overlooking the sea. My grandfather was a tailor, and I grew up in the shop run by my parents.
There, I played with my grandmother selling clothes, designed bags, created colourful bracelets, and learned the names of fabrics.
For over 10 years, I have worked in the fashion industry, but in my free time, there has always been room for creativity and dynamism: dance, painting, sculpture, event design, and set design.
This creativity has continued to flow within me under Ambre Studio, my creative space filled with abstract lines, ancestral symbols, faces and ceramic feminine bodies.
In this video, I share how life´s challenges helped me rediscover my childhood passions and evolve, leading to the creation of Ambre studio.

TRUST the process
Having fun during the creation process, releasing emotions, not being afraid to dare and try new techniques. I am fascinated by the idea of giving new life to vintage objects, being surprised by clay modeling, or combining different materials. No fear of getting it wrong. Trust the process, turn off your thoughts, turn up the music, and maybe even dance. I love customization projects for their uniqueness and imperfections: conveying a message, a work of art that someone can wear and share with the world.

This is the CREATION process, something magical and divine.
Inspirations
When I create in silence or with music, I enter a meditative state composed of feelings and vision.
The characters I depict with my lines are timeless souls, travel memories, tribal symbols, or expressions of feelings and states of mind.

the SPIRITUAL JOURNEY
In my daily life, dance and active movement have played a fundamental role in personal expression and in remedying the static nature of long periods in the office.
During the lockdown period, life stopped, and creativity and spaces for introspection merged within me.
My journey into yoga began in 2020 when long periods at home led me to practice, meditate and to dance freely as an act of personal expression. The combination of these disciplines has become my sanctuary, a moment to return to oneself, release tensions, and listen to oneself with compassion. Discovering an inner strength, I didn’t know I had before.
The benefit on body and mind has opened me to an endless exploration of disciplines: breathing techniques, study of chakras and their impact, sound healing, and Chi-massage/tapping.
I practiced Kundalini yoga under the guidance of Rirri, Erika Qualizza.
I trained at the Accademia Italiana, obtaining the diploma for first and second level Hatha Yoga teacher training.
I studied Ayurveda & Chi acupressure under the guidance of Claudia Caci to benefit from self-massage and breathing.

Alongside my love for art , there has always been a passion for movement and dance.
That’s why I decided to combine creativity expression with different disciplines (Ecstatic Dance-Yoga-Meditation) for the well-being of body & mind.
Ecstatic dance allows us to liberate the body from ancient emotional traumas and enables us to move, letting ourselves be guided by it, to release anxieties and blocks.
Free movement allows us to disconnect from the rational mind and reconnect authentically with ourselves. Music plays a central role: the combination of sounds, natural elements, ancestral instruments, and rhythms has the power to stimulate these blocks, enabling us to work personally on emotions and memories.
Arte Therapy The goal of art therapy is to use art as a transformative process of change through creative expression and symbolic communication, as art is a product of the mind.
In this regard, I am currently studying Art Therapy at Holistic Disciplines.com to deepen my understanding of the subject.
